The Next Vacation Capital of the World?
The whole place is adding not only amazing resorts like this one (the Burj Al Arab), but also millions and millions of hotel rooms and condos. If I had some real money right now, I'd buy a condo in Dubai. It's certainly going to increase in value and would be a great place to stay there on vacation.

I want to go to Dubai really bad
Dubai has some ridiculous resorts and condos, like the man made islands with mansions, that are layed out to resemble 'the world'. also, check out the hydropolis they are building just off of the coast of Dubai - there is nothing like it. like you said if i had enough money i'd be there in a second.

Dubai will surely be a great place for vacation in the coming years.
i would love to stay at that hotel. but they say, only kings or rich people can afford to stay at that hotel.
Herbal Remedy
A friend of mine found a great deal for buy to let in Dubai - if i remember rightly he not only had the option to rent it out, they also gave him a guaranteed buy out price after 10 years with a profitable figure attached to it. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it looks like they are making it very attractive to invest in tourism over there.
